2. Use of Service
Recallio grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application for your personal study and educational purposes.
You agree not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for the flashcards, images, and text you create or upload ("Content"). Recallio claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide.
We do not monitor user content but reserve the right to remove content that violates legal regulations.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Recallio Pro: Some features are available only with a paid subscription.
- Billing: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Recallio makes no warranty that the service will meet your specific educational requirements or be uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Makarand Koli ( Thrillain ) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
